Sometimes jewelry just doesn't work! We are here to help you return your product.

Just contact us (lilalulade@yahoo.com) and we'll exchange the items for you or give you a refund.

Please note that you have to take care of the shipping for the return yourself.

Return Policy

Returns are accepted for any unworn, undamaged item within 14 days of the date of purchase.

• Original packaging required

Please note that if you do not return the item(s) with the original packaging, a fee of 10€ will be charged.

• jewelry packages

Items in the package must be returned in their entirety. Please note that if you have purchased a package, you must return all items in the package in order to receive a refund.

• Personalized Jewelry

Personalized items cannot be returned.
